Quick Batter Pancakes

  • 200 g Quesava Naked bake-at-home dough
  • 90 g liquid of your choice  plus 1 tsp baking powder (let batter stand for 10 min)
  • 40g of millet flour (can be almond or oatmeal flour)
  • Water, milk, cream, nut milk, soda  all work for liquid.

Mix together to achieve the right consistency (thick for pancakes); adjust liquid as needed.
In a 9” non-stick or well-oiled pan over medium heat pour in 60 – 80 g (1/2 cup – 2/3 cup) of Quesava Quick Batter. Cook for roughly 2 – 3 minutes then flip to other side for 1 – 2 minutes.
Adjust time for batter thickness. For different flavours add berries, fruit, spices, herbs or cheese mix into batter or sprinkle onto the uncooked side after 1 minute before flipping over.
Makes 8 – 10 crepes or pancakes
