Brownie Bites

  • 200 g Quesava Naked bake-at-home dough
  • 175 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 50 g extra chocolate chips to add to the final mix
  • 50 g evaporated milk (other forms of milk, cream or nut-milks work too)

Melt the chocolate chips in the milk slowly over low heat.
Add to Quesava naked dough and mix. Add the extra chocolate chips and mix to incorporate.
Scoop 20 g (about one heaping tbsp) into an oiled mini-muffin tray or any small bake-able mold.
Bake for 22 – 25 min at 375 – 400 F
