Berry Kasha Crepes with Coconut Cream

 

You will need:

  • 1 pack of Quesava Kasha Wraps (4 wraps)
  • 1 can full fat Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Filling & toppings:

– berry coconut whipped cream

– blueberries and blackberries

Open the coconut milk can and scoop out the white thick paste into a bowl . Add the remaining ingredients and whip with a mixer until fluffy. If the mixture becomes too liquid, place it into a freezer for 10 min.

Warm up Kasha wraps in a non stick pan for about 30 sec to 1 min per side on medium high.

Assembly:

Spoon about ΒΌ cup Coconut Whipped Cream down the center of each crepe. Add berries, whole or mashed. Roll up. Top more berries and powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy right away!
