You will need:
- 1 pack of Quesava Kasha Wraps (4 wraps)
- 1 can full fat Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Filling & toppings:
– berry coconut whipped cream
– blueberries and blackberries
Open the coconut milk can and scoop out the white thick paste into a bowl . Add the remaining ingredients and whip with a mixer until fluffy. If the mixture becomes too liquid, place it into a freezer for 10 min.
Warm up Kasha wraps in a non stick pan for about 30 sec to 1 min per side on medium high.
Spoon about ¼ cup Coconut Whipped Cream down the center of each crepe. Add berries, whole or mashed. Roll up. Top more berries and powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy right away!
