What is plant-based food?

A plant-based diet is a diet based on foods derived from plants, including fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, but with few or no animal products.

What does vegan mean?

Vegan means refraining from consuming animal products, especially in diet including meat and any by-products like milk or cheese.

Where does your palm oil come from?

All of the palm oil we used was sourced from Colombia. Our supplier was certified by Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).

Are all Quesava products gluten-free?

Yes, all our products are gluten-free. They are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility in which we do not make anything with gluten.

What is cassava?

The base of all our products is cassava flour, which comes from a vegetable – tuber Cassava, also known as Yuca or Manioc. Therefore ALL our products are naturally gluten free.

Are the plastic containers you use BPA-free?

Frozen: one year.

Refrigerated: 1 week after opening.
