About Quesava

Humans first made bread from Cassava Root
around 5,000 years ago. We made our first bread from
Manioc in 1999 and “Quesava”, our modern take on this
venerable, ancient dough was born!

Food can fuel us, and heal us. It can make us feel better, and bring us together. So it makes sense that when we make healthy choices, we don’t just take care of ourselves: we share the love with our families, our communities, and the planet.

The journey from Quejos to Quesava

Starting with our first Brazilian Quejos buns in 1999, we’ve grown from selling-out a single product on a simple market stand, to proudly offering a wide range of wholesome, mouth-watering baked goods and prepared foods.

All are made with naturally gluten-free, cassava flour. Cassava root has never been genetically modified and has sustained native South American peoples
for over 5,000 years.
